Warm January 8th and 9th, 2002

Warm air was in abundance throughout Minnesota on January 8th and 9th. Many records were broken. The St.James record of 59 ties the all time highest temperature for January 8th.

Other record highs from the surrounding region include Bismark North Dakota which had a high of 63 degrees and is their new record high for the month of January.
